School's out!

Last Friday was E's last day of school and I couldn't be happier. The girlies and I ended up spending the Memorial Day weekend in Destin visiting with my parents. Unfortunately instead of sunny skies and white sandy beaches, we spent most of the time indoors since it was raining so much. Oh well...at least we're going on vacation to the beach in a couple of weeks...
I am (sort of) looking for a job. I'm not getting much work from my current one, so I'm looking for something else to do to supplement. I'm going to apply for a teaching position here, but I don't necessarily want to go that route. I had another promising opportunity come up from another source and I hope that will pan out so I can still work from home. I hope I'll have some details about that to post soon.
Justin is going to DC soon. I'm feeling a little sad because I really wanted to go, but I guess I'll have to get over that. I just really wanted the break, but I guess it's just not in the cards for me right now.
